Mount Merapi Makes Hollywood Stars Concern

Social networking service Twitter to funnel information back to the rest of the world, proved a hit Indonesian news in the Mentawai earthquake and the eruption of Mount Merapi are fast spreading. On Twitter, hashtag # prayindonesia entered into the ranks of the list trending topics. It could be in first position from early afternoon until this morning, now hashtag # prayforindonesia this to be satisfied in the second position.

Traced on Wednesday, the rise of hashtag is not independent of most citizens Twitter updates on news and Mentawai Merapi that not only are in Indonesia alone even around the world.  From some pantuan tweet an ongoing, most of the information provided by users of Twitter are the latest developments of the situation in the disaster area.
